Vinification:
In red at emersed hat with daily repassing of must over the grape dregs and maceration extention over alcoholic fermentation for ten days; malolactic fermentation after drawing off wine.
Refining:
In barriques for three years and twelve or fifteen months in botles before marketing
Organoleptic Schedule
- Colour: intense ruby red with light orange tints.
- Smell: clean, ample with plum, violet, cinnamon, tabac and leather marks.
- Taste: full, very structured and balanced with persistent aftertaste and liquorices marks.

- Combinations: perfect with roasts, red meat, braised, game, truffled food, cheese, mature cheese.
- Service's Temperature: 18 ° C.
- Preservation: cool place, keep out of direct sunlight and radiators.
